We offer cookery classes on both islands of Sao Tome and Principe. Courses on Sao Tome are based at a popular local restaurant and you’ll learn how to cook tasty Santomean dishes, local-style. On Principe you’ll learn how to cook like a 5* chef, using fresh local ingredients from the kitchen gardens. Fresh fish is regularly on the menu in Sao Tome and Principe, often served with breadfruit, manioc, beans and some of the plentiful vegetables.
