Short but perfectly formed, this holiday has been carefully crafted to maximise the time you have to explore and relax.  You’ll start your tropical journey on the main island of Sao Tome, staying at Omali Lodge, before crossing to the the jewel in the crown – the paradise island of Principe, staying at Sundy Praia.

You’ve two nights to relax by the ocean at Omali Lodge, dining at the excellent in-house restaurant. We’ll take you on a guided walking tour of the small and charismatic capital, Sao Tome city. Then you’ll take the short 35-minute flight across the ocean to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Principe. 

On Principe you’ll spend four nights at Sundy Praia where you’ll be treated to a tension-releasing massage, and enjoy a gentle guided walk through the rain forest to Ribeira Izé, Principe’s first capital. You’ll have plenty of time to use the lodge’s snorkels and stand up paddleboards, and to explore the deserted beaches and warm, clear tropical ocean too.
